Do I need to pay a security deposit?
A refundable security deposit of RM200 is required upon check-in. This will be fully refunded within 24 hours of check-out, subject to a property inspection.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Yes. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Can we use the building facilities before checking in?
For the comfort, safety, and security of all residents and guests, access to the facilities is available only after check-in has been completed. This allows us to ensure that all facility users are registered guests of Wellness Suites.
Is parking available for guests?
Yes. Each suite reservation includes one (1) parking bay with complimentary exit (T&C apply). Please submit your car plate number before arrival to register.
How many guests can stay in each suite?
Occupancy limits depend strictly on your booked room layout. Please check your specific suite details, as unregistered extra guests are not permitted.
How far is Wellness Suites from TM National Stadium & Unifi Arena?
We are located within walking distance of both venues. You can easily stroll to TM National Stadium (Bukit Jalil Stadium) and Unifi Arena (Axiata Arena), entirely bypassing major event-day traffic jams.
